Health & Wellness Offerings
Throughout the conference, we invite you to participate in early morning health and wellness activities to jump-start your day. For your convenience, the North Campus Athletic Facility (#25) is open from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and 6:00 - 11:00 am on Friday. The following options are guided activities and will take place 6:30 - 7:15 am on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Option 1
Morning Run* Led by Pete Colaizzo, Head Coach of Marist’s Division I Men’s Cross Country and Track & Field teams. Two routes will be available featuring the Marist College campus and the Walkway Over the Hudson. Meeting point will be at the Marist Pedestrian Underpass. Offered Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Option 2
Morning Tennis* at The East Campus Tennis Pavilion. Led by Tim Smith, Head Coach of Marist’s Division I Tennis Team, 2013 MAAC Champions. Open to the first 20 participants each morning – equipment provided. Offered Thursday and Friday.
Option 3
Zumba at the North Campus Athletic Facility dance studio (#25) with Mary Beth Luzitano. Offered Thursday. Bootcamp at the North Campus Athletic Facility dance studio (#25) with Courtney Kipp. Offered Friday.
Option 4
Sunrise Yoga This will be an outdoor yoga class held in the North Campus Housing Quad (#25). In the event of inclement weather, yoga will be held in the Student Center (#31). Bring your own equipment if desired. Offered Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

North Campus Athletic Facility Hours
The Athletic Facility (#25) is available free of charge to Super Conference guests over 17 years of age; conference badge is required for admission. Hours of operation are 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and 6:00 - 11:00 am on Friday.
