Set-up:
The Exhibitor Expo will be located at the Murray Student Center on the 3rd floor. You may set your table up on Wednesday, June 6th between 9:00AM-2: 00 PM. Materials you have shipped will be delivered to your table by 9:00 AM.
Platinum and Gold levels will have one (1) eight-foot table/2 chairs and Silver, Bronze and Sponsor levels will have (1) five-foot table/2 chairs. Each table will have a sign with your company logo on it and there will be a staff member on site during the setup hours should you have any questions.
The Exhibitor Expo Days/Times are as follows:
Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM (Conference welcome reception in Exhibitor Expo area will be 5:30-6: 30 PM)
Thursday: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Donnelly is the closest lot to park in if you need to bring in materials.
Exhibitors are responsible for taking or shipping any material they may have remaining on Friday. Marist has a Post Office on the bottom floor of the Student Center if you need to ship your items back. They are open from 8:00AM-3: 30 PM. If you have pre-printed/paid Fed Ex or UPS labels, you can drop off the boxes at the Post Office to be picked up. If items are received after 3:30 PM, they will be shipped on Monday, June 11th.

Lead Retrieval:
Lead retrieval technology will be available. If you would like to request this service and obtain a device, please sign up via https://www.validar.com/super-conference-2018/
Meeting Rooms:
Should you wish to set up meetings with conference attendees, the Business Center on the main floor in the Library and the Dining Hall will be available during the following days/times:
Wednesday, June 6th from 8:00AM-1: 30 PM and 3:15-5: 15 PM
Thursday, June 7th from 8:00AM-2: 00 PM
Friday, June 8th from 8:00AM-12: 00 PM
Complimentary beverages will be available in the Dining Hall. In addition, beverages will be available for a fee at the on-campus Starbucks in the Hancock Center and the Library.
Registration:
Check-in is located at the McCann Recreation Center and is open from 8:00AM-6: 00 PM on Tuesday, June 5th, and from 7:00AM-6: 00 PM on Wednesday, June 6th and Thursday, June 7th.
If you are residing on campus, you will receive your housing location upon check-in.
Parking:
Parking for on-campus attendees will be in the lot that is closest to your assigned housing. Commuters will be able to park in any available lot. Permits will not be required for either.
Conference Activities:
The complete conference schedule is available on the Super Conference website, the Guidebook App and in the printed Conference Booklet. We encourage you to participate in the social activities and excursions, as they will serve as great networking opportunities!
Conference Attendee List:
The conference attendee list was distributed to sponsors for marketing purposes only. Distribution of this list outside of your company is not permitted. A post-conference list will also be sent the week of June 11th.
