21th Annual Coming Together Conference

This year we are honored to welcome our colleagues from NEACAC to share in a two-decade-old tradition of open and honest dialogue raising the standard of our professional practice and exploring issues that impact our most vulnerable college-bound students.

Our goal for the Coming Together Conference (CTC) is to create a safe space where passionate professionals from colleges, high schools and community-based organizations (CBOs) engage in thought-provoking conversations to share best practices around inclusion, access and success in post-secondary education. The conference also provides an opportunity for reconnecting, relationship building, mentoring and action planning for the year ahead.

Heroes of Inclusion, Access, and Success...Assemble, our conference theme speaks to the collective impact of our collaboration and partnership to make college access and success more inclusive.  

To culminate a day full of deep conversation and intense networking we’ll let off some steam at the conference social, which features our annual Lip Sync Battle.  This fun take on the popular TV show will feature CTC attendees lip-syncing to their favorite tunes and competing for the bragging rights to be CTC 2018 Lip Sync Battle Champion! We encourage all attendees, whether your lip syncing or not, to channel their inner superhero and wear a t-shirt or full costume of your favorite character!

The success of CTC depends upon professionals like you joining in attendance. We need your energy and engagement to look towards the future and tackle the ever-changing challenges of our work.  Your knowledge, passion, and experience enrich our conversations, moving us closer to finding solutions for our students’ pursuit of success in higher education and beyond.
