Session Description:
This session will address college access and success for undocumented students by providing a brief overview of relevant laws and state policies and reviewing cases studies. We will also provide resources such as scholarships and FAQs in order to assist with making your campus friendly to undocumented students.

Session Description:
The Princeton Review’s annual College Hopes & Worries survey reports on the outlooks of over 10,000 students applying to college and their families. Using the results, we’ll dive into goals and concerns around college admission. Each panelist will give their perspective on how these affect families they see.

Session Description:
Imagine taking high school students to a college campus visit and focusing specifically on the experiences of students of color. In one week our Outward Bound HS students read articles, discussed media, and visited three very different campuses to hear from the students themselves. College trips 2.0.

Session Description:
Improvisation is not only what you see on "Whose Line is it Anyway?" Improv can be an effective tool for creating relationships, building strong teams, and discovering leadership qualities about yourself and others. This session is for everyone. No background in improv or performance necessary (you won't have to pretend to host a party, fly a kite, or make-up scenes)!

In order to address the widening college completion gap, many programs have launched texting campaigns. Part discussion, part problem-solving, this session uses examples and data to discuss texting best practices likely to increase engagement, follow-through, and persistence. Participants will gain practices to help them launch and/or revise a texting campaign.
